Dawn till Dusk property management was voted in at the end of May by the homeowners and Board of Sungate.

The following services are in operation:

• to take calls from residents

• pay IPL and taxes

• monitor home owner yearly dues

• annual solicitation of bids for grass, ponds & snow removal

• welcome letters to new home owners

• replace street signs

• bi weekly violation

• violations letters & follow up

• newsletters

• respond to queries

• attending the monthly board meeting to discuss finances, queries & violations

• year end billing for dues
