Architectural Improvements
Are you planning to alter the exterior of your property? The covenants and restrictions of the Sungate Neighborhood require all home owners obtain approval from the Sungate HOA before completing any exterior alterations (i.e. decks, fences, exterior paint color, etc.).
The rules regarding exterior improvements were put in place before the development of the Sungate Neighborhood and were established to protect the property value of all home owners. All Sungate home owners agreed to abide by these rules when they purchase their homes.
